Great service, great company. The best tech ever!
The AC guy of Tampa Bay Inc. is the best AC company I've ever encountered. My mother uses them, my friends use them, and I am happy to be a new homeowner and using them. They are the only company that I trust because of the wonderful service, honesty, integrity, knowledge and care that they put into everything that they do. The staff members who work there are exceptional and everything you could want from a company like this. Antonio is one of the most amazing professionals I've ever met. Every time I called the office staff my needs were met and questions were answered. The gentlemen who did my installation were honest, prompt, kind understanding. And knew exactly what they were doing and what I needed. I am forever grateful for the AC guy of Tampa Bay Inc. and I will happily only work/rely with them only! Thank you!!!!!

I had an air conditioning issue and called a different HVAC company to investigate. What they told me sounded unlikely and expensive to fix.
I called AC Guy of Tampa for a second opinion. I chose them because a company who had done work for me a few years earlier merged with AC Guy of Tampa. I was happy with the earlier company's service, so I gave them a shot.
The receptionist at AC Guy of Tampa was genuinely friendly, professional and courteous. She told me what to expect and when I would be contacted by a service technician, and she gave me a window of when I could expect someone to come out.
The technician called me the next morning as expected. He was also very friendly and professional. He told me when he could be there, and he was good to his word. He diagnosed the problems quickly and kept me informed the entire time. The repairs / replacements were done quickly. He even waited around a while longer to make sure things were running well before leaving.
To his professional credit, when I asked why the other company told me something completely different, he did not throw them under the bus or say anything about their inability to diagnose / repair the issue at a reasonable price. Classy guy!
I am extremely pleased with my interaction with AC Guy of Tampa and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone else.
