Chris Morris from The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay did an excellent job today for our bi- annual AC maintenance. He was very thorough and explained a few issues that he brought to my attention. He was not pushy at all and provided the right amount of information that enabled me to make a decision that would help our current unit run more efficiently. Let me start by saying — I have officially found the Avengers of HVAC.
After weeks of dealing with serious air quality issues (my CO? levels were sky-high and we were literally feeling sick in our own home), Daniel came to the rescue like a true superhero. Within minutes, he uncovered what the other company not only missed — but actually pretended to have done correctly. They had installed a larger unit without warning me that my existing ductwork couldn't handle it, and even worse, they claimed they wired it for two-stage cooling when they never ran the proper thermostat lines at all.
Daniel immediately explained everything clearly, honestly, and with real expertise. No confusion, no upselling, just smart problem-solving that made total sense.
Then came Alfredo and the rest of the installation crew, who were absolute rockstars. They replaced every inch of ductwork, installed a brand-new ERV system, and treated my home with care, precision, and pride. Alfredo worked tirelessly and was so professional — it's rare to see that level of dedication these days. The rest of the team was just as fantastic (and somehow managed to keep me laughing through the chaos!).
Now? My house feels completely transformed. The air is clean and fresh, my CO? levels are finally stable and healthy, and every room feels balanced and comfortable. It's honestly like breathing in a brand-new home.
