Mauricio was so professional and kind. Despite the hot Florida weather and having to crawl in the attic. He got us back up and running. Side note for management: your staff is great. Stick with them and ditch the AI. We chose you guys for the customer service. AI is not in your favor.

The AC Guy of Tampa Bay did a great job. They got me up and running with a new AC unit in just a couple of days, and so far, it's working better than I could have hoped for.
The team they sent out to do the installation was top-notch, too.
Besides doing a great job of installing the unit, they were also very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were definitely some guys you wouldn't mind inviting to a barbecue, watching a game, and having a beer with.
So far, I couldn't be happier... unless, of course, they did the job for free, and it came with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. ????
