We have been on a yearly contract for awhile. Recently we asked for help diagnosing our AC unit and potential mold issues. Daniel the district manager came out, investigated our existing unit, its performance, humidity throughout the house and functioning if the coils. Our AC was not dehumidifying the air sufficiently, Daniel was very good explaining the technical issues, our options, and we decided to replace the AC as it was 10+ years old. We are very pleased and waiting for the work to start in a few days. I highly recommend The AC Guy
