With all the cold weather we've been having in Florida I was still cold inside so I called the AC Guys to check my new system. Antonio came by and was very patient, explaining exactly how my system worked (it was fine!). He even let me play with the heat seeking instrument to determine the temperature coming out of my vents. He was so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend The AC Guy!!!

The AC guy of Tampa Bay Inc. is the best AC company I've ever encountered. My mother uses them, my friends use them, and I am happy to be a new homeowner and using them. The staff members who work there are exceptional and everything you could want from a company like this. Antonio is one of the most amazing professionals I've ever met. I had an air conditioning issue and called a different HVAC company to investigate. What they told me sounded unlikely and expensive to fix.

I called AC Guy of Tampa for a second opinion. I chose them because a company who had done work for me a few years earlier merged with AC Guy of Tampa. I was happy with the earlier company's service, so I gave them a shot.

The receptionist at AC Guy of Tampa was genuinely friendly, professional and courteous. She told me what to expect and when I would be contacted by a service technician, and she gave me a window of when I could expect someone to come out.

The technician called me the next morning as expected. He was also very friendly and professional. He told me when he could be there, and he was good to his word. He diagnosed the problems quickly and kept me informed the entire time. The repairs / replacements were done quickly. He even waited around a while longer to make sure things were running well before leaving.

To his professional credit, when I asked why the other company told me something completely different, he did not throw them under the bus or say anything about their inability to diagnose / repair the issue at a reasonable price. Classy guy!

I am extremely pleased with my interaction with AC Guy of Tampa and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone else.
