I do not think words can express how far above expectations this company performs. ASK FOR DANIEL! Same day service and since covid pretty much affects everything now (including A/C parts availability), he drove back to their warehouse late on a Friday night to get a portable window A/C unit to hold us over until they could replace our unit. But then there's more! We were fine with the portable unit until they could fit us into our schedule to install a new unit. DANIEL kept trying to find a replacement blower unit (over the weekend mind you) and he did! I even told him to not worry about it because we were fine with the portable unit. But he was determined to get our existing unit up and running. So, he comes out on Monday to fix our dead A/C unit to hold us over until Thursday when our new A/C was scheduled to be replaced. UNBELIEVEABLE! When I say I have never experienced service like this, I totally mean it. From any company! Daniel and the entire AC Guys of Tampa Bay team are so far over and above what one would expect. You will not be disappointed.
The technician came timely and was very friendly. He serviced the air conditioner system and suggested equipment that would be helpful. There was no pressure to purchase anything at this time and I am considering the suggestion he made.
I would recommend your company to family and friends. Outstanding service and TOTALLY professional. A true 5 star experience.. Thank you guys..
