UPDATE: The tech did get back with me and apologized for the delay. That follow up moved me to upgrade from 3 to 4 stars. Like I said, the experience was really good, just the delay in getting the estimate back. That's now been addressed. So wanted to update.

Great start, poor finish. I was very happy with the scheduling process. Wonderful person took my call and worked with me to find a time that worked for me. They communicated the appointment time and day, reminded me of the appt in an unobtrusive manner, called the morning of the appt to say they were on the way. Excellent communication and did everything they said they would do. The technician was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do, faster than anticipated. So far, great! I was diagnosed with a bad blower fan and a blower wheel that needed cleaned badly. I expected to hear back with an estimate. It's now been two weeks since the appt, and no estimate was provided back.. I've fixed the problem myself now. Not sure what happened. Like I said, they did everything perfectly, except follow up to actually fix the original problem.

I had something of an a/c emergency, a sudden sheeting of water from a mini-split in a unit I rent out. The tenant and I were both having kittens! I like the website for The AC Guy and phoned them. They were able to make an appointment for the next afternoon and then, because they knew my situation was dire, they squeezed me into an earlier opening. The tech was properly uniformed, arrived on time, did the work speedily, and was so pleasant. He explained everything, not only the repair but what I could do in the future to avoid service calls. This company gets five stars from me!

I have used the A/C Guy for 12 yrs and have found them to be reliable, fair, and responsive. I also believe them to be competively priced, despite also providing above average service. They have installed and maintained two A/C units for me.
