Always professional, courteous and prompt. Highly recommend this company. Have been doing business with them for 7 years. They installed our AC and have maintained it twice a year since 2017. They have resolved any problems quickly.
Absolutely top notch service! We had a 16 seer Franklin/Goodman AC system installed several weeks ago. The owner Greg is a man of integrity, and the install crew were pleasant and efficient. This is a family business and everyone from the office girls to the crew are helpful, friendly and accommodating! Deserve more than 5 stars!
Follow up - 9/20/21- have maintenance plan-$14 month - just had first follow up maintenance checkup 6 months after complete service.

Follow up - 4/5/24 -have had regular maintenance checks with our plan. Just had another and, as usual, the tech (Ben this time) was on time and thorough. He even watered our plants out back, which needed it!
What a wonderful, first rate, top notch group of people! Alfredo, Matheus & Vince are punctual, talented, courteous, friendly, efficient & thorough. They made sure they understood what I wanted & got the job done perfectly. And they cleaned up beautifully! Brad & Dan are patient & kind. It's obvious that this local family business really cares about their customers. They all made me feel important & cared for. I highly recommend them for all your quality HVAC needs!

I have my A/C maintenance done by AC Guy of Tampa Bay. I am very happy with their service because they always do a thorough job of checking things, adjusting what needs to be adjusted, and cleaning the parts that need cleaning. The service technicians do this with a customer friendly attitude and they don't try to sell me a bunch of parts that I don't really need. Plus, as a service contract client, I get 20% off the regular price on things when something does need to be replaced or upgraded. That is all I can ask for.
